Revolutionising organ specific RNA immunotherapies

Developing bioinspired lipid-like polymer technology to safely and specifically deliver nucleic acid therapeutics to immune cells in the body.

Our approach to addressing the limitations of current immuno-oncology treatments

Precision Delivery Systems

We engineer proprietary lipid-like polymer formulations that form non-immunogenic nanocarriers with tunable sizes able to effectively target extra-hepatic organs.

Genetic Payloads

We are developing siRNA and mRNA-based therapeutics that offer transformative alternatives to conventional antibody checkpoint inhibitors and CAR T cell therapies. Our approach addresses the key limitations of non-response with antibody checkpoint inhibitors, and poor manufacturability of ex-vivo CART cell therapies.

Focused Drug Development

Our lead programs are advancing a pipeline of mRNA and siRNA-based immunotherapies for oncology. We focus on mechanisms that reprogram immune responses at the genetic level—unlocking new treatment potential for patients who are underserved by current standards of care.

Our Technology

At Liporyx, we're developing next-generation formulations that revolutionize how RNA therapeutics are delivered to target tissues.

Lipid-Based Drug Delivery

Our proprietary innovations enable precise targeting of RNA therapeutics.

Most RNA therapeutics do not traverse the body well and are typically removed from circulation by the liver, limiting their effectiveness for many diseases. Liporyx has developed a bioinspired lipid-like polymer technology that overcomes these limitations.

Our technology creates non-immunogenic nanocarriers with tunable sizes that can effectively deliver therapeutic payloads directly into the cytosol of targeted cells. This precision delivery system is designed to maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target effects.

The modular approach we've engineered enables us to unlock a vast array of therapeutic targets which are currently undruggable using existing formulations.

T Cells & Immunotherapies

Leveraging the immune system's power with RNA-based approaches.

Current immunotherapies face significant challenges: antibody checkpoint inhibitors often fail to elicit responses in many patients, while CAR-T cell therapies require complex ex-vivo manufacturing processes.

Liporyx is developing siRNA and mRNA-based therapeutics that offer transformative alternatives to these conventional approaches. Our technology enables:

  • Direct genetic reprogramming of immune cells in vivo
  • Enhanced targeting of immunosuppressive factors in the tumor microenvironment
  • Simplified manufacturing compared to cell-based therapies
  • Reduced immunogenicity and improved safety profiles
